[Hange Zoe Cosplay] Attack on Titan: Photoshoot Record with Levi in Industrial Ruins

On March 14th, Xiangcai and I completed this Attack on Titan Cosplay photoshoot set at Yangshupu Power Plant Heritage Park. Having scouted this location beforehand, its expansive industrial structures, rusted steel, exposed concrete frames, and open water surface visually aligned remarkably well with the Survey Corps' atmosphere of pushing forward through an apocalyptic wasteland. We intentionally chose the afternoon lighting hours, hoping to utilize side light and subtle backlighting to combine the silhouette of our coats with the hard architectural lines.

Regarding costumes, the dark green long trench coats performed well in texture this time, with fabric thick enough to hold the silhouette without looking limp. Tightened with a brown belt around the waist, the sleekness of the upper body formed a sharp color contrast with the white tight pants below. Special mention goes to the knee-high boots: to adapt to height drops and rusted stairs across the industrial site, the soles were thickened, maintaining great stability even on gravel and iron frames while visually elongating leg proportions, bringing the overall look closer to the character settings.

In specific pose design, we tried to utilize site structures to heighten tension. For example, in the symmetrical standing shot under the blue steel bridge pier, relying on extending lines beneath the bridge opened up spatial distance between the two, creating a sense of dialogue and distance. The forehead-to-forehead moment in Photo 3 carried heavy emotional weight; standing in the breeze, recalling lines like \"Why can't we stay together forever?\" and \"Levi, aren't you the strongest?\", we required few words—with the gentle wind blowing, a heavy yet restrained atmospheric feel immediately emerged.

It was actually quite windy on the day of the shoot; walking along rusted gantry cranes and iron railings required constant attention to safety. But I have to admit that these industrial ruins with authentic wear and tear produced far more vivid effects than any indoor studio shoot. Sunlight cast upon orange-red metal columns created a wonderful warm-and-cool color collision with our green coats and white boots. Xiangcai's state in front of the lens was totally on point; whether in back shots standing shoulder-to-shoulder looking off into the distance or subtle expressions when looking down, it gave this Cosplay photoshoot a much richer narrative quality.

Doing an outdoor Industrial style cosplay shoot in locations with water and metal structures demands meticulous pre-checks on weather, terrain, and costume details in addition to physical stamina; otherwise, one can easily get flustered on site. Although this shooting experience at Yangshupu Power Plant Heritage Park was somewhat arduous, bringing out the character qualities in our hearts through the synergy of costumes, props, location, and partner provided a rare, rewarding sense of immersion. For the \"RiviHange / Levihan\" dynamic, these photos taken along the waterfront serve as a wonderful freeze-frame memory.
