[Bloody Queen cosplay] Behind-the-Scenes Thoughts on Identity V Promised Day

When I got the white wedding dress for Bloody Queen's Promised Day outfit and the blue-purple battle gown for Naiad's Tearful outfit, my first reaction was just two words: heavy craftsmanship. The metal texture and deep blue gradient material on Naiad's skirt truly give off a flowing water-wave texture under strong studio lights. To convey the suffocation and gorgeousness of the deep sea, we went with a dramatic curly red hairstyle paired with teardrop glitter makeup; dropping the gaze slightly fits the theme of sinking to the lake bottom perfectly. Bloody Queen's outfit is a completely different style from Naiad's—pure white lace combined with a massive skirt. Sitting in a pile of flowers was actually very exhausting because the skirt was so heavy; moving even a tiny bit meant spending a long time smoothing out the folds. However, the level of completion was very high, and adjusting just the solo bouquet pose took nearly twenty minutes. The two shots were originally taken separately, but the photographer later suggested combining them into a framed composition in the studio. Once the picture frame was brought over, a voyeuristic sense of composition immediately emerged. The elegance of the white wedding dress formed a striking contrast with Naiad's red hair and blue skirt, and the color clash of black, white, red, and blue against the dark red curtain backdrop created exceptional dramatic tension in Cosplay photography. Every costume, makeup, and prop detail was meticulously polished by myself and the team, and the highlight moment was the exact instant the flash went click.
