[Yukina Minato cosplay] Roselia's Blue Dream: Today's Sense of Stage Presence - Image 2

When putting on this Yukina Minato outfit, the first thing I noticed was the detail of the silver leaves and sapphires on the hair accessory. To recreate that cold, sharp aura on stage, I chose a wig with a misty light purple tone. Paired with the straight bangs across the forehead, it instantly creates that "unreachable flower" visual vibe. The eye makeup didn't use overly heavy colors; instead, it focused on deepening the contour of the lower eyelid, paired with yellow-green colored contacts, hoping to capture that focused yet slightly detached expression in Yukina Minato's eyes.

The high collar and lace trim at the neck are parts I really love in this look. The blue ribbons drape down along the hair strands, swaying lightly when moving. The tassel necklace on the chest is embellished with deep blue teardrop gems, echoing the butterfly decorations on the clothing. The overall color palette is controlled among white, silver, and blue, making it look refreshing yet sufficiently exquisite for this anime-style fashion. When shooting this set, the light source utilized a cool blue ambient light hitting the shoulders and hair ends, creating a soft contrast between myself and the gray wall in the background, as if standing in the wings of a stage late at night.

Actually, every time I cosplay a member of Roselia, I pay special attention to the tailoring of the costume and the firmness of the accessories, especially for a look like this with a large number of 3D decorations and ribbons; every clasp and pin must be repeatedly checked before shooting. Fortunately, I had prepared two sets of makeup plans in advance before this shoot, and ultimately chose the version that fits the character's aloof sense better. Although these are static photographs, I hope to convey a hint of stage presence and pressure through the poses and gaze—after all, in Yukina Minato's singing, that indomitable determination is the true soul of the character.

While sorting through this set of photos, I recall the blue sea of glow sticks in the audience during every rehearsal and official performance. To me, cosplay is never just about putting on clothes, but trying to understand the character's persistence in the story. This collection is one of my most satisfying recent curations, where the cosplay photography and post-processing coordinated perfectly, preserving both the sheer texture of the clothing and the metallic sheen. I hope people who see these photos can also feel a bit of the Roselia and BanG Dream! worldview.
