For this Helektra cosplay, the neckline jewelry and headpiece required the most effort across the whole outfit. Speaking of makeup first, wearing the Purple contact lenses immediately brought sharpness to my gaze, which, paired with orange-pink eyeshadow and slightly winged eyeliner, perfectly balanced out the pressure of cool tones. The light blue scale sticker on my cheekbone was a finishing touch; I adjusted its position three times before fixing it slightly outward beneath the eye, allowing it to resonate with the purplish-red hair tip gradient without stealing visual focus from the necklace. The wig is a custom long straight style with bangs trimmed precisely to cover the brow bone without blocking light entering the contacts, featuring deliberate layering; the purplish-red tips were dip-dyed, casting a subtle hidden shimmer under overhead lighting during real shots.

I must specially praise this necklace: a black lace base strung with iridescent pearls and clear beads, featuring a central red multi-tentacle pendant that proved extremely difficult to stabilize. Because its center of gravity leaned downward, tilting my head slightly during photos caused it to slide down, so I later hid an ultra-fine fishing line behind my ear for invisible reinforcement. The outer sheer top of this garment features a taupe background with dark patterns and great breathability, but the blue-purple spliced inner fabric is quite crisp, which, paired with silver branch-like armor plates, produced a slight rustling sound when walking—actually enhancing immersion in live video audio.

During shooting, I relied entirely on phone front-camera Live photo selfies without heavy filters, mainly using indoor ring light cool-white sources to brighten skin tone. High-angle shooting avoided cluttered backgrounds while letting collarbone and necklines stretch out gracefully. The silver-white horn accessories and bow ribbons on both sides of the head greatly helped balance facial proportions, especially under high-angle shots by visually elongating the midface. Actually, the biggest difficulty of this Fantasy makeup and styling lay in wig fluffiness—straight bangs easily stick flat to the scalp, so I padded invisible hair cushions beneath the crown layer and fixed hair tip directions with setting spray, ensuring dynamic motion remained crisp in every frame of the live capture.

Capturing this live photo batch was fairly casual without over-deliberate posing, as a relaxed state felt closest to the character's temperament. The costume contains abundant details—such as silver wrist ornaments and the iridescent bead on the chest—which refract varied lusters under light sources, and live photo captures perfectly preserved these momentary sparkles. If suitable venues arise in the future, such as dark-toned interiors or watersides, we should produce even more atmospheric photos, but this selfie perspective already adequately demonstrates the completeness of this styling set in Honkai: Star Rail.
