This time, I tried using chenille stems to craft Evanescia's sword props by hand. I was previously worried that this material would look too plasticky in the final photos, but when actually paired with this outfit from Manwu Xiaopu, the results completely exceeded my expectations. The tailoring of the costume fits my body perfectly; the subtle patterns on the white top and the texture of the deep blue pleated skirt are both top-notch. The metallic buckle at the waist and the red tassel details are great pluses, and the overall wearing comfort is also quite good, making it easy to perform various movements on the street.

The photographer, -Ye Zi Guan-, is excellent at capturing dynamic motion. I actually tried that single-leg leaping moment in the photo several times; I almost lost my balance trying to maintain my center of gravity and facial expression management, but the resulting frame has immense tension. The bunny-eared wig was styled with hair-flow trimming, and its pink tone is perfectly accurate. Combined with the red accents in my eye makeup, it restores the character's agile yet slightly heroic traits quite well.

The shooting location was chosen at a commercial street intersection, utilizing the blurred background signs and zebra crossing to create a vibe that is both everyday and carries a fourth-wall-breaking anime feel. The handle wrapping and scabbard painting of the prop sword were also intentionally given an aged look. To complement the reflective effects of the light, a layer of gloss varnish was brushed onto the surface of the chenille stems. This final shoot completely dispelled my concerns about handmade props; as long as the colors and outlines are accurate and well-coordinated with the costume, makeup, and props, handmade materials can still produce high-quality, textured works.
