For Moondrop's Tokyo listening session event on September 5, I completed the photoshoot for this Poster girl cosplay look in advance, and going through the entire process left me with several detailed impressions to share.

For the outfit, I chose a white off-the-shoulder knit sailor collar top paired with a dark plaid bow at the chest and a matching dark plaid pleated skirt on the bottom. The black leather bag strap and glossy purple boots added great layering to the overall ensemble. As for hair, I went with black hair, blunt bangs, and low twin tails. To match the cute aesthetic of the Moondrop brand event, the makeup focused on enlarging eye proportions, finished with a reddish lip tint.

The shooting location was set right beside a claw machine arcade near Tokyo Station, capturing a slice of Tokyo life where the soft warm-toned background created a lovely contrast with the cool-toned outfit. The photo composition focused mainly on waist-up shots and facial close-ups, with natural, spontaneous hand poses. According to the event posters and official announcements, the listening session took place in Rooms 502 and 503A on the 5th floor of Station Conference Tokyo, running from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM with free admission and no reservations needed.

The on-site experience featured early previews of upcoming new products scheduled for the second half of 2026, along with a dedicated listening room for the MM3A speakers. Having some background in audio gear, I spent some time listening in the room and was thoroughly impressed by the soundstage imaging and resolution—the sense of space was remarkably well crafted. The demo equipment felt premium and was comfortable to wear. Doing cosplay at this kind of offline event is quite different from a standard photoshoot; since you need to walk around the venue and interact with visitors, outfit comfort had to be considered. The plaid fabric was soft, allowing for easy movement.

From finishing hair and makeup to shooting, the entire process took a little over an hour, with most effort focused on shaping the bangs' curve and blending facial contouring. Because this poster girl persona isn't tied to a specific anime storyline, the focus was primarily on styling and vibe, resulting in a lively, cheerful overall look. The outfit resonated well with Moondrop's event visual elements for the day, and we carefully balanced lighting and background proportions during the shoot, yielding a cohesive texture across the final photos. As a presence representing an offline event, this visual presentation helped enhance the venue's ambiance. On the day of the event on September 5, every stage ran smoothly, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Looking back personally, participating as the poster girl in this event exceeded my expectations in both experience and execution.
