[Cartethyia Cosplay] The ethereal aesthetics in Wuthering Waves

To restore that ethereal yet powerful texture of Cartethyia in Wuthering Waves, I put a lot of effort into the makeup and styling this time. Especially that complex headpiece—although it had some weight during the shoot, for the sake of pursuing ultimate restoration, the details could not be skipped. The geometric lines and blue gemstone embellishments on the headpiece perfectly fit Cartethyia's cool and elegant temperament. In terms of costume selection, I leaned towards restoring that white base with blue trim design, especially the waist details and arm decorations, which show very delicate changes under different angles of light. This shoot mainly emphasizes the unique temperament of the character, so the makeup was also appropriately lightened to highlight the spirit of the eyes as much as possible. Of course, the most unmissable part is that super cute charm, which is truly the finishing touch of the whole look. Capturing Cartethyia's pensive expression in front of the lens was actually quite challenging, requiring constant adjustment of angles to find the most suitable expression.
