Putting on this uniform of Chisa and standing at the venue of the Kuro Carnival, I felt my entire aura shift along with it. The basic black sailor suit paired with a loose blue-gray jacket, along with the red ribbon at the neckline and those black leather buckles and straps, created an excellent color impact. The transparent glass corridor on-site let in a vast amount of natural light, capturing very clear facial contours and wig textures; in this high-light environment, controlling the character's eye catchlight and the layered feel of the black uniform actually placed quite high demands on the on-site composition. Because the character setting itself carries a sense of detachment, I deliberately refrained from smiling at the lens during the actions, instead maintaining that slightly cool yet focused expression. The pleated structure of the skirt hem combined with the black multi-functional tactical straps around the waist, plus those patent leather loafers and over-the-knee socks, gave the overall outfit a very stable visual focus. Especially that movement of holding the glass guardrail while raising one leg just happened to let the jacket shoulders and skirt hem display the most natural extension effect. Meanwhile, when tidying up the wind-messed hair strands and that prominent red ribbon during shooting breaks, I took the opportunity to adjust my overall relaxation, allowing the lens to capture not just the restored styling, but that casual state close to the character as well. This set of photos was taken beside the glass curtain wall, where the semi-translucent material added some soft halation to the frame, making the black-dominant pairing look not heavy or dull at all. Being able to leave these moments full of on-site presence as Chisa through this KUROFEST Kuro Carnival is truly a joyful experience for a passionate cosplay player.
