This shoot took place in vintage wood-toned interiors and beside plant-lined window ledges, creating an ambiance that harmonized seamlessly with this school uniform. The wig was trimmed and pre-styled in advance to prevent it from looking overly bulky on camera; the directional flow of the side strands stayed true to the canonical effortless look, while the wisps along the temples were subtly tapered inward to better define the jawline when tilting down or posing in profile. For the uniform, the white collared shirt was smoothed flat, the red trim on the beige knit vest and the crimson emblem on the chest were aligned with precision, and the pleats of the grey skirt were meticulously steamed so they splayed into a natural, graceful drape when crouching or sitting without any awkward wardrobe slips. Tucking the shirt hem cleanly inside the waistband also balanced my overall bodily proportions.

In terms of props, that uniquely designed green flip phone served as a standout visual element; holding it while standing or squatting provided an organic anchor for my hands, eliminating any awkward stiffness. In addition, I brought along a black leather tote and white daisies as aesthetic accents—scattering the daisies across the wooden floor in that specific shot added narrative depth, infusing a static frame with slice-of-life warmth. Resting the tote on the floor also balanced the visual weight of the composition.

During shooting, to flatter the leg lines and maintain anime-inspired fidelity, I paired slouched white knit socks (White stockings) with deep-brown loafers. Because the socks were relatively chunky, I carefully calibrated their slouch height to ensure the calves appeared slender and well-proportioned, while the glossy sheen of the loafers created a tasteful tactile resonance with the leather bag. In the first standing frame, I leaned slightly back against the wooden counter, pairing that stance with a downward glance at the phone to evoke casual, everyday ease while using my hand posture to guide the viewer's eye. The second crouching angle was framed before a full-length mirror, where resting my chin on one hand sculpted the face while showcasing the leg lines cleanly, resting the phone naturally atop my knee. In the third shot seated upon the wooden windowsill flanked by white flowers and windowpanes, daylight filtered through the glass onto my shoulders to yield a soft, soothing palette, with side lighting sculpting my facial contours with dimensional clarity.

For facial expressions, I strived to hold a cool, aloof yet approachable aura; gazing directly into the lens, the subtle nuances of the eye makeup deepened the orbital structure. Lighting-wise, warm indoor ambient bulbs merged with the overhead downlights at the bar counter, rendering the skin with luminous, translucent clarity. Coordinating this outfit and its props heavily tests one's eye for detail—from collar creases to skirt flares, constant adjustments between takes were necessary to achieve that polished final frame. Every shutter click was a dual test of character interpretation and camera presence, striving to convey that quintessential academy mood across these still frames. When location scouting, we deliberately bypassed overly modern decor; the glassware and dark wooden trim in the background anchored that vintage, everyday charm. Choosing deep-brown patent loafers not only offered a tactile clash against the leather bag, but provided higher reflectivity than ordinary school shoes, introducing rich specular highlights in dim lighting. To capture an organic, fluid skirt silhouette in the standing shot, I introduced a slight micro-twist to my torso, allowing the pleated skirt to drape cleanly rather than clinging rigidly against the legs.
