With so many layers, putting on and taking off the outfit required patience, especially adjusting the waist chains and fairy wings to hit the best angles before the lens. Although walking around indoors in this getup was somewhat cumbersome, seeing the vivid colors and lighting in camera made every bit of effort worthwhile. Portraying a character in anime cosplay goes beyond wearing clothes—it requires channeling her mischievous, lively personality through expression and body language. The makeup went through multiple revisions, transitioning from light touches to a richer, bolder finish fitting a mythical yet energetic fairy. The red-and-white stockings also required constant smoothing to avoid creases on camera.
The entire shoot was delightful, aided by overcast weather free of harsh direct sunlight, letting me focus entirely on refining expressions and poses.
