The moment I changed into this Durandal-inspired summer swimsuit, the summer vibe was instantly maxed out. Although this swimsuit design looks simple, it incorporates highly unique modifications based on the classic white, blue, and black color blocks. Blonde hair can easily lose its fluffiness in high-humidity outdoor environments, so I had to use styling spray to maintain the curve of the bangs and sideburns during breaks; failing to handle these details properly makes it easy to break character. The bright blue thick strap at the waist is a visual highlight, and paired with the semi-translucent white gauze hem, it adds dynamic layers to the frame when entering the water or when caught in a gentle breeze.

This shoot specifically recreated the casual and lazy state of the character during a vacation at the water's edge. Although Durandal has a combat style in the storyline of Honkai Impact 3rd, in a vacation setting, small relaxed actions like adjusting the hat brim or slightly tilting the chin instead reveal another side of her charm. Recreating a character's temperament is not just about the accuracy of the costume's form, but more about the subtle control of expressions and body language, making this an extremely fulfilling Anime cosplay shooting experience for any cosplayer.
