[Keqing cosplay] Yuheng of the Liyue Qixing, reporting for duty!

The fabric texture of this outfit is truly fascinating: the black bodice features a subtle shimmer weave that radiates a gorgeous luster under the lights. The undeniable showstopper is the skirt design—a gradient cascading from deep navy to luminous bright blue, crafted from semi-sheer fabric reminiscent of butterfly wings, producing rich layered dimension whenever it billows in motion. To complement the ensemble, I specifically picked lustrous dark Stockings that harmonized seamlessly with the overall texture.

For makeup, I put extra emphasis on the eyes. Purple contact lenses served as the soul of the look, with a touch of reddish smudged smoky gradation at the outer corners to faithfully channel Keqing's sharp, decisive yet slightly tsundere gaze. I also spent a long time sculpting the wig to ensure the curves of the twin-tails fell naturally, securing the hair ornaments firmly on both sides so they wouldn't come loose during dynamic poses.

Speaking of poses, since Keqing wields a sword in-game, I practiced fundamental sword stances beforehand. In the photos, you see poses ranging from one-handed sword raises to forward thrusts. To convey strength and authority, my arm muscles were kept lightly flexed, with my gaze trailing intently along the blade's trajectory. That pose in Photo 6 with one knee subtly bent was a genuine test of core balance; to capture the exact instant the skirt flared, I held that frozen pose for quite a while, and the photographer (Ming Yuan) timed the shutter with razor-sharp precision.

The on-set environment was fantastic as well: expansive cool blue ambient lighting in the background, paired with overhead circular bokeh flares, instantly heightened the mystical fantasy mood. We scouted a relatively secluded corner at the venue/studio, utilizing rim backlighting to trace the body's silhouette while blurring out cluttered light stands and background passersby. The sword's glowing purple-pink gradient illumination looked exceptionally striking against the dim lighting, delivering results I'm thrilled with.

Sorting through the images, I felt this set nailed both the cool, heroic presence and a touch of subtle allure. The black strapless tube-top design accentuates the collarbones, while the leg stances paired with the Stockings add wonderful visual tension. From early prep to wrapping the shoot, immense care went into every step, and I hope everyone loves the result.
