Finally, I got to bring out this look of Laffey's Bunny City Lord. As a popular character in Azur Lane, Laffey's temperament—being both agile and carrying a little touch of pride—is something I like very much. To accurately restore this character, I repeatedly considered everything from the fold processing of the clothing to the details of the accessories, striving to achieve the best restoration visually. Especially for that pair of iconic rabbit ears, I chose a material with a more delicate texture to ensure that the soft and cute texture could be perfectly presented under lenses at different angles. On the day of the shoot, we specially selected this kind of scene filled with Japanese-style colors, paired with golden maple leaf decorations. The light and shadow effects as the sunshine poured down were simply an excellent plus, as if bringing everyone into a quiet autumn courtyard. In the process of cosplay, I was not only thinking about how to restore the character through makeup and styling, but also pondering how to convey the delicate emotions inside Laffey through the details of gazes and sitting postures. Every time the frame froze, it was a deep exploration of the character's soul. Although the shooting process was a bit hard, seeing that atmosphere where elegance and playfulness coexist in the finished product made all the fatigue vanish into thin air.
