[Lan Meng cosplay] Capturing the ethereal beauty of NARAKA: BLADEPOINT with agility

This styling of Lan Meng is truly full of agility, especially those expressive eyes and flowing quality, presenting an extremely high level of restoration under the lens. In this on-location shooting, I paid special attention to the detailed treatment of clothing materials, striving to perfectly present that ethereal and mysterious Eastern aesthetic in NARAKA: BLADEPOINT. To precisely restore Lan Meng's expression, I repeatedly fine-tuned the length of the eyeliner and the saturation of the lip color, pursuing a makeup texture that is cool yet full of life.

In addition, regarding the pairing of hair accessories, I did a lot of field testing to ensure that the flow of every single strand of hair could echo the streamers of the clothes in dynamic motion, creating a perfect Dynamic texture. At the shooting site, the photographer and I coordinated through multiple changes of light and shadow, especially utilizing the tree shadows under natural light to enhance a dreamlike atmosphere. This pursuit of detail is not only for the final photos to look good, but also to better restore the inspiration given to me by the 2D character. Although this cosplay process was hard work, the moment I saw the finished photos, that sense of satisfaction from the character merging with me was truly irreplaceable.
