[Label cosplay] Goddess of Victory: Nikke, The Scholarly Vibe of a Stay-at-Home Scholar

This time, shooting Label from Goddess of Victory: Nikke, the overall idea was to blend the character's homey feel and academic atmosphere into the studio lighting. That long black and purple wig gradient and the iconic ahoge are the soul of this look. To recreate the "ordered chaos" of a science student in the character setting, a lot of effort went into the basic trimming and styling of the black and purple wig. The bangs were intentionally kept at a certain thickness, paired with large black-rimmed glasses to make the gaze look more focused. Choosing a light purple solid background during the shoot was to create a color block contrast with the props in the environment. For the books piled on the floor, I specially selected various colors and thicknesses to arrange them in a scattered manner, implying that the character might be exploring a certain field of knowledge. The plush toy in hand and the brown briefcase added a touch of life, preventing the entire frame from merely staying at "just displaying the costume." The outfit used a loose black-and-purple-toned outer shirt and trousers, paired with a pair of plush slippers on the feet, presenting the character's completely unguarded state in a comfortable private space. The coser themselves needed to constantly adjust the shoulder strength during the shoot, because slinging heavy objects on one shoulder can easily make the body stiff, whereas Label's temperament should be relaxed and independent. I prefer to capture the natural side profile of the person through tiny angle changes, which can both show the coordination between the glasses and facial features, and let the layers of the purple wig reflect through the light refraction. The lighting of this set tried its best to simulate the soft light texture of a living room, and local vignetting treatment gave the frame more layers. The entire experience of this NIKKE cosplay creation was extremely comfortable; returning to the most casual daily details of the character itself is what gives the photos a soul in Anime-style photography.
