[Liino Cosplay] Idol Charm Moments Live from Arknights: Endfield

I actually hesitated for a bit before posting this update. As a low-profile cosplayer who usually keeps quiet, seeing so many top creators sharing their Liino cosplay gave me the courage to jump on the trend and post a few convention photos taken on-site.

Talking about the character this time, I really put a lot of thought into the initial makeup and styling for this Arknights: Endfield convention trip. The main focus was the orange wig and elf ears. To match the character setting, I tried a soft, clear light purple eyeshadow to complement the color of my contact lenses, giving my eyes that bright, striking look suitable for an idol. The blue star ribbon hairpin and that huge black halo with a glowing pink inner ring are instantly recognizable, but securing them took immense effort. To make sure they wouldn't fall off when turning or bowing, I had to use tons of bobby pins to keep them stable.

Now for the cosplay costume details: to recreate Liino to the highest degree, this sailor-style jacket in white and blue is paired with a dark blue neckerchief, along with a purple-and-white heart ornament on the chest and orange techwear buckle straps. Every hardware ring and letter was replicated as closely as possible. Even though I call myself a low-profile cosplayer, my love for bringing characters to life is absolute, and I did my best to ensure quality from top to bottom. The metallic microphone prop in my hand is the soul of this look—combined with the blue half-finger gloves, posing for stage moves felt super natural. However, at the venue, due to dense crowds, the temperature inside was really high. Thanks to the white mini handheld fan, it was a total survival gear for the event.

It was super lively on the shooting day, and the atmosphere around the booth was amazing. Even though I'm just posting following the big creators, being able to leave my own cosplay images on a stage like this makes me feel genuinely fulfilled inside. Among the convention photos taken on site, my personal favorite is the second one—the half-body close-up shot holding the microphone. It captures both her idol presence and a natural expression, with the light hitting my face just right to make my skin look great. During the event, I met many fellow fans and discussed tips on wig care and makeup coordination. Talking with them made me feel that regular people like us who simply enjoy the character can find so much common resonance.

Honestly, the joy of cosplay often isn't about how heavily edited the photos are or whether you get high traffic; it's about the sense of ritual when putting on the outfit and wearing the props. This costume has so many details, and the venue lights reflecting off the folds and straps felt so satisfying. Running around, sweating, and even the slight chaos of tidying my wig in a corner are all part of the Coser daily life at conventions. Although I often tease myself as an invisible participant among big creators, as long as I capture the essence of the character, I am fully in character the moment I stand before the camera. I hope these photos convey the rich anime atmosphere from the event; every time I look through them, I'm reminded of the excitement that day and the pure happiness of wearing this costume.
