[Nazrin cosplay] The treasure-hunting Little Commander in Touhou Seirensen, a bamboo forest treasure hunt in progress

This time, I bring you a cosplay of Nazrin from Touhou Seirensen ~ Undefined Fantastic Object. As a mouse doudou who loves collecting treasures, I specifically restored the iconic long-handled treasure-hunting rod and mouse-trap cage in terms of props. Paired with the black and white layered Western-style dress, grey-brown curly hair, and those fluffy large ears, I hoped the overall visual would stay close to the original setting's agile and slightly playful feel. The shooting venue was chosen in an outdoor environment with a bamboo forest and a wooden bridge, where the natural light and shadow were highly advantageous—especially the afternoon backlight, which gilded the lace of the skirt hem and strands of hair with a warm hue. This costume has many details, such as the waist straps, the skirt pleats, and the leg ring ornaments, all of which require attention to angles during photography to be fully displayed. The single-leg standing action on the wooden bridge actually tested my balance a bit, but to capture a light, dynamic feel, I tried it repeatedly several times. I also adjusted various postures while holding the treasure-hunting rod, attempting to express the character's state of searching everywhere for treasures. Walking through the bamboo forest with the weight of the props and layers of clothing demanded some physical stamina, but seeing the lighting effects and sense of atmosphere in the final photos, I feel everything was entirely worth it. I hope this image can convey that exclusive adventurous vitality of Nazrin, and I hope everyone likes this attempt at Touhou Project.
