When putting on this Sandrone outfit, the most painstaking parts were the gemstone inlay of the neck ornament and the golden patterns on the skirt hem. Every layer of pleats and lace needed repeated adjustments to restore that precise machine-like texture. The wig was specially highlighted with a gradient ash-gold color, paired with blue colored contact lenses, hoping to perfectly capture the Puppet's slightly tsundere and calculating gaze.
During the shoot, an European-style terrace at night was chosen, where the warm background lighting contrasted with the cool-toned attire, making the character's cool elegance stand out even more. The sleeves of this costume are detached and separate, paired with white gloves, which limited the range of motion. However, this actually made me pay closer attention to my posture while posing, attempting to recreate an elegance of being 'pulled by strings.'
Having done Genshin Impact cosplay for many characters, Sandrone's design really withstands being zoomed in on details, especially the mechanical decorations on the side of the waist and the red embellishments on the collar, as if hiding many stories. Although she is currently still an unreleased 'satellite' character, every time I do her cosplay, I can feel the anticipation from fellow fans for this character.
This time, the night scene atmosphere was specially chosen to bring that mysterious and tsundere vibe into reality. Post-processing wasn't overdone either, preserving the naturally draped silhouette of the skirt hem and the fabric texture. I hope this set of photos allows everyone to feel the charm of the Puppet earlier. I am also patiently waiting for news about her banner, and I will definitely pull for her to the max as soon as she drops.
