This time, I did a Delta Force Luna cosplay, wearing a combat look with a strong military style outfit vibe. The black leather jacket paired with white tactical pants, along with the logo on the chest and the small equipment gadgets around the waist, makes the overall texture feel just right. The shooting location was a fairly hardcore industrial-style scene; elements like red and blue oil drums, barbed wire, and an old sofa matched the character's battlefield temperament perfectly.
When I got the props, the weight of this sniper rifle really surprised me. Although I knew it was a prop, it still felt realistic to handle. This time, I tried several different gun-holding poses, from sitting sideways on the sofa to the overall composition on wooden crates, wanting to stay as close as possible to the character's tactical state in the game. Pairing it with black boots made it convenient to climb up and crouch down for the outdoor shoot, but it was certainly a test of physical endurance.
The lighting technician used a cool-toned main light combined with a blue ambient light on the side this time, making the texture of the white hair look quite translucent while highlighting the leather grain and matte texture of the clothing. To restore the character's temperament, the contours of the makeup were slightly enhanced, and the eye makeup was sharpened a bit. Combined with expression management, I hoped the overall feeling presented would be sufficiently cool and sharp. When shooting this kind of tactical girl character with combat attributes, keeping the body core a bit tighter and letting the movements open up makes the resulting frame more dynamic. This was also a personal favorite attempt of mine, and the coordination with the photography team went very smoothly.
