[Shiroko Sunaookami Cosplay] Everyday Casual Vibe of Blue Archive Track Shiroko

Shooting this Gymnastics uniform version of Shiroko Sunaookami felt like fulfilling a small creative wish. I had previously cosplayed Shiroko in her standard cycling gear and school uniform, but this sportswear look returning to everyday campus life carries a completely distinct charm. Conceived as an extension of school athletic apparel, the outfit combines a white short-sleeve T-shirt with navy collar and cuffs, along with navy gym shorts lined with white stripes down the sides, delivering an exceptionally crisp visual. To match the character's features, I selected a cool light-gray wig and styled the bangs. The signature animal ear accessories required meticulous positioning so they appeared dimensional without feeling detached on camera. Furthermore, the light blue cross hairclip on the left side is a crucial detail, needing a secure attachment to the wig so it wouldn't slip during movement.

The shoot took place in a studio against a pure, clean white backdrop. Such a minimalist setting places far greater demands on posture and garment nuances; with no background elements to distract the viewer, focus falls entirely on body language and fabric textures. I paired the look with over-the-knee White stockings styled as footless leg warmers. Their unique feature is an open-toe design exposing the toes and soles, which not only elongates the leg lines visually but also adds an authentic touch of unwinding after sports. Donning this outfit and adopting a slightly lazy, slightly blank gaze naturally brought forth Shiroko's composed exterior mixed with subtle youthful vibrancy once in gym clothes.

At the start of the shoot, the photographer brought in a gray-and-white rolling office chair. Having an office chair in a pure white studio setting was intriguing—it broke away from standard school sports settings, adding an everyday feeling reminiscent of relaxing in an activity room after classes or during weekends. Sitting on the chair, I raised my right hand behind my head, rested my left hand loosely on my stomach, and let my legs stretch forward naturally. While seemingly effortless, the pose required firm core engagement to prevent leaning back too far. To flatter the leg contours, the insteps needed a subtle point without over-tensing, preserving a relaxed vibe. In a few frames, I lifted one leg slightly into the air, tweaking the angle to showcase details of the stockings and bare feet.

Later, we transitioned to floor shots. Lying on the floor proved considerably more strenuous than sitting in the chair. With both hands laid naturally at my sides, I raised my legs upward, bending and crossing them mid-air. This posture delivered wonderful perspective; captured from an eye-level side perspective, the long White stockings contrasted sharply against the navy athletic shorts. I paid close attention to staggering the feet at different heights to keep the lines crisp rather than tangled. Throughout these adjustments, I communicated constantly with the photographer regarding camera height to achieve an aesthetic that felt dynamic yet completely at ease. Nailing Shiroko's aura—composed with a touch of aloofness yet overwhelmingly endearing—was tricky. I couldn't smile too broadly and needed to keep my eyes clear and neutral. With every shutter click, I imagined myself as Shiroko freely roaming Kivotos, enjoying a fleeting moment of quiet peace.

Overall, wearing this Gymnastics uniform was a unique experience. Free from complex props or exaggerated poses, the photoshoot relied entirely on clean color palettes and genuine mood. Because the white stockings were quite long, they easily collected dust during breaks, requiring careful tidying between poses to keep the frames pristine. Despite the tedious upkeep, seeing the refreshing, slightly sensual aesthetic in the final images made every adjustment worthwhile.
