[Shiroko Sunaookami Cosplay] Blue Archive: Gymnastics Uniform in the Volleyball Gym

This time, I brought Shiroko's track club Gymnastics uniform to an authentic volleyball gym for an on-location shoot. The ball carts and mats in the venue served as natural props; lying amidst them or lounging on the mats evoked a genuine after-school athletic club daily vibe. To capture the character accurately, the overhead halo and animal ears took multiple fittings to sit just right, while the over-the-knee White stockings offered great elasticity and didn't roll down even during long takes. During the shoot, we specifically took advantage of strong sunlight pouring through the windows; side rim-lighting cast crisp highlights across the White stockings, giving them a wonderfully translucent look. However, while raising both legs while lying on the gym mat looked visually striking, sustaining that pose was a serious core workout. To compose shots framing me framed within the ball cart, the photographer laid almost flat against the floor using a wide-angle upward tilt, yielding very natural contours for both the garment and leg proportions. The gym was quite hot that day, and wearing this long-sleeved Gymnastics uniform jacket alongside headpieces left me completely drenched in sweat after a few sets. Luckily, the abundance of volleyballs in the background contributed to a wonderfully effortless, languid mood. Catching the sunlight at its peak, curling among the pile of volleyballs while clutching one or crossing my legs toward the lens felt very organic. Post-processing focused mainly on balancing reflections off the wooden gym floor, creating chromatic contrast between the warm ambient glow and the cool tone of the White stockings while preserving authentic skin texture and garment shadows to convey that youthful yet subtly cool, aloof presence. Overall, the atmosphere in this set turned out thoroughly immersive.
