[Firefly cosplay] Honkai: Star Rail New Skin Chiffon JK uniform Try-on

This is a fitting record for the Firefly JK uniform. The fabric is chiffon; with the recent muggy weather, wearing this material is definitely much more comfortable—no stuffy sweating, and it has a nice drape. The top features a white sailor collar design with a dark gray collar accented by white stripes, and the white embroidered pattern at the center of the chest is very delicate. The double-breasted gold buttons have dimensional carvings. The gradient blue-and-yellow bow on the chest is the highlight, made of satin fabric paired with heavy-duty metal triangle hardware, keeping the bow perfectly structured without collapsing. The gray-and-white plaid pleated skirt has crisp knife pleats and flatters the waistline nicely. For the wig, I picked long straight hair in silver-white with a hint of cyan-blue, and the translucent wing hair accessories on top bring out the character vibe. Paired with embroidered White stockings and round-toe black leather shoes, the overall aesthetic is very fresh. Wanting to capture the skirt's pleats and the metallic shine of the bowtie, I adjusted repeatedly in front of the mirror, keeping my legs straight to get a satisfying proportion. The third and fourth photos show close-up details of the outfit, highlighting the chiffon texture and the metallic sheen of the hardware. This is a great choice for summer cosplay—pretty without overheating. The shooting date is September 1, 2026. While wearing it this time, I paid special attention to the fit of the collar, because if a uniform collar flaps up or collapses slightly, it affects the whole look. Sanfen Wangxiang's accessories are truly the soul of this outfit; the stiffness of the metal bow is just right, offering excellent light reflection in photos. Furthermore, the stitching seams are neat and smooth, especially along the back and waist, accentuating the figure well. The skirt hits right at mid-thigh, creating a very pleasing ratio when paired with White stockings. I checked the position of the skirt in the mirror multiple times before settling on this relaxed pose. During the try-on, I also inspected the fold directions of the skirt's front pleats to ensure they formed a neat V-shape before my legs. Meanwhile, the metallic accessories glint subtly under the light, contrasting nicely with the semi-matte texture of the white chiffon fabric. The whole session took over an hour, constantly adjusting my posture, leg placement, and crossover angle in the mirror. Not just full-body poses, but also hand gestures like tugging the hem or flashing a peace sign. To show off long leg lines, I kept my gaze forward and lowered the phone angle, which makes the proportions look more natural while capturing both the high bowtie and metallic hardware details. Whether viewed from afar or in close-up, the silhouette brings out an outstanding overall atmosphere. Even casually snapping shots in an ordinary home setting, the lighting looks natural and the clothing's layering shines through. For someone used to handling the entire process alone, checking these details repeatedly is truly essential. Overall, it was a very comfortable fitting session that showed off a clean, refined texture without needing heavy filters.
