Shooting this set in the dead of winter really takes a lot of courage, especially in an indoor set without heating—the moment I took off my coat, it was truly freezing cold. This time, it was mainly for a makeup test and costume/prop test for the Kiana Herrscher of the Void Spring Sprite styling. Trimming and styling the wig was a major project; to achieve that fluffy, voluminous, and anti-gravity white short hair, I used a large amount of hairspray and styling spray, and adjusted the layering of the hair ends repeatedly for a long time to closely match the ethereal feel of the original artwork. The geometric pink-and-blue hair accessories on the head were pieced together by hand bit by bit; although the process was tedious, once worn, the entire 2D atmosphere came right out.

In terms of makeup, this time the focus was placed on the delineation of eye makeup. To present the character's clear yet slightly yandere-feeling amber gaze, I tried several large-diameter contact lenses before finally finalizing one. The pink smudging on the lower eyelid was deliberately emphasized, and the elongated outer corner of the eyes along with thick, slender false eyelashes are the keys to enlarging the eyes. The base makeup pursues that fair, flawless porcelain doll texture, paired with pink blush applied to the cheeks and the tip of the nose, as well as a moisturized jelly lip gloss, making the overall makeup look vibrant and very photogenic.

The costume is a blue-green-and-white halterneck swimsuit style, with exquisite three-dimensional star decorations and white flower details on the chest. Because there is really very little fabric, moving around during fitting and shooting requires extreme caution, and I used anti-exposure stickers and double-sided tape in many places for fixing. To showcase the best body lines in front of the camera, I would intentionally adjust my shoulder and neck posture during shooting, slightly rounding my chest or turning sideways to highlight the curves. Although the weather is very cold, to maintain expression management, I had to quickly get into the zone the moment the shutter was pressed. This makeup test still has areas that need minor adjustments, such as the fit of the costume and the frizziness of the wig; subsequent optimizations will continue to strive to make the details perfect during the official shoot.
