[Jsspsi cosplay] Shoot Log of Arknights: Endfield Amidst Red Autumn Leaves and Mountain Streams

With mountains and streams as the canvas and the celebrant as a hymn, this autumn red-leaf outdoor shoot truly maximized the atmospheric mood of Jsspsi (Jsspsi cosplay) from Arknights: Endfield (Arknights: Endfield). To recreate this character's distinctive aura in reality, we made extensive preparations across costumes, makeup, props, and location scouting.

The layers of the outfit are exceptionally rich: the white base with blue trims and metallic-textured geometric tailoring displayed wonderful tactile quality under outdoor natural light. Most notably, the intricate armguards on the body featured hard black-and-gold armor pieces paired with sheer gloves patterned in cyan-blue, delivering clear dimension. The tail prop was a primary focus of production—transitioning from a dark charcoal-grey tip to teal-green scales, I specifically requested specialized materials to mimic the sheen of reptilian scales. When sitting on the wooden raft, the physical weight of the tail actually made it appear much more authentic, though finding balance while holding poses required some core effort.

For hair and makeup, the mint-green wig was trimmed with blunt bangs, complemented by branch-like antler horns and iconic pointed elf ears, creating a striking visual impact. Harmonizing with the overall styling, the eye makeup embraced a blue-green palette, aiming to bring out the character's serene, aloof, and subtly enigmatic essence.

The colossal weapon prop was an absolute showstopper during the shoot. Carrying considerable weight, lifting it with a single hand while holding poses was a serious test of core strength. However, when the cold, rigid steel shared the frame with the fiery expanse of red leaves across the hills, the resulting contrast made every shot look cinematic.

The shooting locations ranged across lakes, stepped onto wooden rafts, and even utilized surface water reflections. Sunlight filtering through the red foliage onto the white skirt hem created organic light and shadow. Special mention must go to the white Stockings (Stockings) accented with golden geometric decals—not only did they flatter the leg lines, but under natural sunlight they emitted a delicate, pearlescent glow. Paired with chunky black platform boots, the look was sharp yet subtly alluring; captured from low upward angles, it beautifully showcased the character's curves and dramatic presence.

Every time the wind rustled through the crimson leaves, accompanied by the faint clinking of swaying props, it felt as though an untold tale was being whispered to us. This photo set represents immense dedication from the entire team, and we hope that across each frame, everyone can feel the character's vibrant, living spirit.
