[Si Xiaonan cosplay] Honoring the Passionate Moments of Slay the Gods(Anime) with a One-Handed Mid-Air Freeze

I'm extremely satisfied with how this Si Xiaonan cosplay look turned out, especially this one-handed mid-air pose. During the shoot, I had to repeatedly adjust my center of gravity multiple times before finally stabilizing. I really have to thank the photographer for capturing it so quickly. Since supporting myself with a single arm while keeping my body floating in the air is a massive test for both core strength and arm stability, the whole pose would immediately collapse if the muscles shook even a little bit. I also held the prop gun quite steadily, matching my expression and the direction of the muzzle during the shoot to bring out the character's capable and sharp demeanor as much as possible.

In terms of clothing, the red, white, and black sporty jacket paired with black shorts looks visually very crisp. The black double buns along with the round-framed glasses actually test the cleanliness of the makeup quite a bit. To align with the overall tone of the character, I made sure not to do overly complex eye makeup; instead, the small pink bow on the socks became a bright highlight in the entire outfit, adding a touch of playfulness to the combat-leaning look.

The floor was actually incredibly slippery on the day of the shoot. If I wasn't careful when supporting myself with my toes on the ground, I would slide right out, so making this pose work was truly no easy feat. Every time I lifted off, I had to find the exact point of leverage. Placing my left hand on the ground put a lot of pressure on my wrist and shoulder, so I made sure to rotate my joints during breaks to avoid any strains.

Regarding the work Slay the Gods(Anime), being able to participate in its creator incentive program and recreate a character I love through cosplay feels incredibly meaningful. It's not just out of love for the character design, but also a tribute to this passionate world. Attempting this style of Action cosplay with a high sense of movement and dynamic tension is much more exhausting than a simple stand-and-pose shoot, but the sense of achievement is doubled. I hope this set of convention photos allows everyone to feel the character's unyielding spirit even through the screen.
