[Ye Shunguang Cosplay] Zenless Zone Zero convention photo record, the senior sister holding a sword is so cool

This set of Zenless Zone Zero Ye Shunguang convention photos was shot in the studio while the iron was hot after the convention. To express the character's neat and sharp temperament with a bit of oppressive aura, a considerable amount of time was spent preparing from receiving the costume to completing the props. The prop team really put a lot of effort into this; the painting of the sword body has a very metallic texture, and it feels quite substantial in hand. To make wielding it look effortless during the shoot, I specifically practiced the angle and force application point of the swing before shooting, ensuring that the arm lines remained taut and aesthetic when swinging. Besides the greatsword, the plush tail was also a focal point of this styling. Fixing and counterweighting the tail took a long time to debug, hoping to make it swing naturally when turning without appearing stiff. To match the red eyes, I deliberately chose lenses with high color rendering. The makeup wasn't overly complicated, focusing mainly on the eye makeup by slightly extending the outer corners of the eyes to make the gaze look sharper. The costume's detail layers are very rich; the white sleevelets, black straps, and orange collar formed a great color contrast. During shooting, the photographer adopted low-key lighting, paired with the long red ribbon, capturing flowing tension with just a slight movement. When striking poses, I kept searching for that effortless sense of confidence, avoiding overly exaggerated expressions, calming my mind, putting my center of gravity on core strength, and holding the greatsword to maintain balance, which instead better presented that sense of presence. During the shoot, the position of the ribbon needed frequent adjustments, and every swing required controlling the force to avoid tangling on the sword and affecting the performance. The studio lighting outlined the contours very clearly, especially when the side-backlight hit, making the edges of the hair and blade shimmer. Because the costume is a separate-piece design, the waistline and shoulder straps needed constant adjustment during shooting breaks to maintain the optimal state of the styling. Overall, this shoot went very smoothly, and the action design focused on being crisp and decisive. A heavy-weapon character like this indeed has certain physical demands, and consistently exercising core strength in daily life helps immensely with cosplaying such characters. In post-processing, we kept a relatively stern low-key tone, making red and white more prominent in the frame while avoiding excessive skin smoothing to preserve skin texture, hoping to give this set of photos both a 2D atmosphere and authentic photographic aesthetic beauty. Meeting a photographer and logistics crew with such high cooperation was truly a lucky thing, and the entire shooting process was filled with creative passion.
