Today, let's briefly act as a little idol ✨ Galaxy! As you can tell from the title, this is a happy record of last year's October 1st holiday convention. Although more than half a year has passed, when I sorted through these photos, the moments of running and jumping under the bright sunshine outside the exhibition hall were still vivid.

As a Love Live! cosplayer, this School uniform with a blue blazer jacket and a grey pleated skirt gets a lot of screen time, but every single shoot brings a different experience. The wig I chose this time is a light blonde shade. To make it look lightweight and not flat against the scalp, I did a lot of research on styling the top of the wig. The hair drape is just right, and when paired with the red bow headband, the color contrast instantly pops. For the overall makeup, I focused on the eye contour and lash curl to add that special lively idol feel, which, along with a light blush, made me look much more energetic.

The white over-knee socks and black platform leather shoes on the lower body are the highlights of this combination. They not only flatter the legs beautifully but are also very comfortable to walk in—after all, a convention day involves a lot of walking. This time, I happened to shoot with my partner who cosplayed another character. We wore the same jackets but paired them with different black and white sock colors. When walking side by side, this color-blocking combination looked incredibly harmonious under the sun. This is the essence of our Casual cosplay.

In fact, the most fun part of cosplaying group characters is the interaction. We improvised a lot of poses on the spot, such as half-squatting with peace signs, turning back with a glance, and standing on one leg with a hand raised—all of these highly dynamic poses flowed together effortlessly. The plastic beverage cup in my hand served as an excellent prop, not only adding an everyday-life touch but also giving my hands a natural resting point when posing. The glass curtain walls outside the convention venue have a great design sense, with the clear sky and drifting clouds reflecting on the glass, forming a very open and spacious background composition.

During the shoot, we deliberately avoided rigid standing poses, opting instead to capture the most agile moments through running and jumping. Especially when doing the turning-back pose in front of the glass curtain walls, the reflection blended the blue sky, white clouds, and our blue-and-grey uniforms all together. The prop drink cup in hand was not just a decoration; it looked incredibly refreshing under the outdoor convention light, naturally fitting into our daily idol promotion vibes. The color scheme of the outfit is classic—the blue jacket paired with the pleated skirt is a quintessential school uniform design, with a tailored fit at the shoulders and waist that beautifully captures the youthfulness of high school students. The thin red ribbon at the collar provides a wonderful contrast.

We stayed in this gear on the plaza outside the exhibition hall for most of the day, wrapping up only when the evening sunset began to tilt. Although physically exhausted, every frame under the blue sky made it all feel worth it. Many passersby greeted us warmly upon seeing our outfits, and some even specially complimented the beautiful wig color; these tiny interactions added a lot of joy to our convention trip. For myself, every time I cosplay this character, I hope to capture that sunny, positive, and pure temperament. The coordination of makeup and wig achieved highly satisfying results this time, especially the stability of the headband and the layers of the clothing—I didn't have to worry about anything getting out of shape when moving. This share doesn't have too much intentional design; I simply wanted to record those happy memories of becoming school idols with my partner at last year's holiday convention. I hope this smile and sense of ease can be conveyed to everyone who sees these Convention photos.
