This time, a dark magic study was set up at the Qingkong Yinghua Photography Studio, and the coordination of the lighting and props was genuinely magnificent. Special thanks to @Denghuo for taking the wheel, precisely capturing that mysterious and serene atmosphere in a pitch-black environment. I brought a lot of books and a kerosene lamp myself as props, which, combined with the studio's readily available classical bookshelves, brought the sense of immersion for the entire scene straight to the max. The daily life of a magician is all about flipping through books and brewing magic potions in the middle of the night, so this alternating warm and cold light and shadow perfectly fits the character setup. Posing during the shoot actually tested my physical stamina quite a bit; with the layers of the skirt combined with the broom, having to strike natural reading postures within a narrow space while controlling my expressions to not look stiff was a challenge. Fortunately, the final photo effects are very satisfying—that feeling of being illuminated while hidden in the dark is just so right. Doing cosplay sharing for so many years, I feel exceptionally lucky every time I meet a photographer who understands me. This time, not only did we shoot the final photos, but I also learned quite a few lighting techniques. Although the returned photo is only one preview for now, every shot is pure essence, and I already cannot wait to exchange the details of this shoot with everyone.
