This set of photos originally planned for release on Valentine's Day was pushed back to May 20th (520) to meet everyone due to various procrastinations.

The photos were taken in February, when the temperature still carried a bit of chilliness, and looking back now feels as if a season has passed. The weather on the shoot day was highly cooperative; a few rays of afternoon sunlight shone obliquely on the greenery and walls in the courtyard, giving the overall color tone a soft and warm feel, with a naturally emerging sense of healing.

In terms of clothing, the details of this outfit are quite rich. The cyan-blue knitted cardigan chooses a comfortable plush material, and the contrasting stripes at the neckline and cuffs increase the visual layering. The inner brown printed T-shirt features a clear letter pattern, while the deep red collar at the neck, combined with that massive blue and white striped bowknot, beautifully balances the color scheme of the entire outfit. The burgundy pleated skirt of the lower half underwent a double-layered patchwork treatment, with the yellow stripes on the edges cleverly echoing the warm tones of the top. Most worth mentioning is definitely those brown-and-white argyle tights; matched with the overall look, it not only breaks the monotony of solid colors but also adds a special knitted layering texture.

For hairstyle and makeup, I specifically selected a translucent light flaxen-colored wig, with the bangs trimmed neatly to fit the overall fresh and sweet positioning. The red three-dimensional heart hair accessory fixed on the side of the hair is the finishing touch of the entire styling, clamped firmly with a fine gold chain and hairpins behind the ear to prevent shifting during the shoot. The makeup insisted on a clear and transparent base, paired with light-colored contact lenses carrying a touch of purple tone, making the gaze look exceptionally ethereal and soft. The eye makeup used a delicate pink-purple blending, paired with a lower-positioned blush, which greatly enhances the girlish vibe, maintaining a great makeup texture even under strong outdoor light.

For the props, the photographer prepared a highly realistic heart-shaped chocolate placard with blessings written in cream-colored frosting, dotted with a few little stars, which just perfectly blended into the character's state when held in hand. In addition, the rainbow-colored ice cream sundae cup placed on the round table of the cafe served as a foreground, making the picture colors more vibrant.

During the shoot, we mainly borrowed the afternoon natural light. Especially for the first few photos, we cleverly utilized a combination of backlight and side-front-light; the sunlight filtering through the leaves formed a charming halo effect on the hair and shoulders. Tilting the camera angle slightly can accommodate both the upper body expression and the display of the argyle tights of the lower body, making the overall proportions visually appear more slender. We took many shots by the white wall at the entrance of the cafe, near the small bench, and beside the potted plants. Compared to indoor studio photography, the authenticity of an outdoor portrait makes it easier for people to relax, rendering expressions and body movements much more natural.

It was actually a bit chilly that day, but paired with the hot drinks and warm sunshine, the tension quickly dissipated. In the middle of it, I also took a few close-ups holding that drink with thick foam, and the cup projected a transparent luster under the light. Although missing the actual Valentine's Day milestone, 520 itself is also a day filled with love. Releasing this set of healing anime cosplay characters at this time point serves as a special commemoration. I hope everyone can feel the joy of creation back then from this combination of afternoon outdoor light and shadow, bright tones, and exquisite desserts.
