Putting on Belle's iconic blue hair and orange jacket from Zenless Zone Zero by miHoYo and taking a seat at my computer desk gave birth to these cozy everyday photos. Centered around Belle, this shoot avoids lavish backdrops, striving instead to vividly bring to life that urban wasteland Proxy who's ready to plug in and work anywhere. Beyond this classic black-white-orange spliced jacket and miniskirt with dark stockings combo, the new "Phaethon" form teased in posters is genuinely sleek—that all-silver sleek armor with glowing cyan accents is minimalist yet cold, making one instantly search for real-world alternatives.

Returning to today's outfit, the core highlight remains the blue-violet gradient wig. Trimmed with wispy, layered edges, it projects a smart, slightly rebellious aesthetic. Although short hair takes effort to maintain, wearing it accentuates facial framing nicely thanks to the curved bangs. The jacket features a trendy oversized fit, layered over a black tee printed with crisp white text, complemented by a silver neck chain that grounds a strong street-style vibe without constraining seated postures. Makeup intentionally subdued facial contour saturation, elongating eyeliner along natural contours paired with light contact lenses for bright, striking eyes. This clever setup avoids screen glare awkwardness while keeping 3D facial depth intact under camera lenses.

The setting was chosen right at my everyday gaming desk—pink and white mechanical keyboard, plushies stacked on the desk, and a monitor glowing with gameplay visuals, injecting rich everyday life charm, as if taking a brief breather right before accepting a Hollow commission. I deliberately opted for a half-profile seated pose during shooting, resting a hand casually on the chair edge to project relaxed ease, while leveraging black over-the-knee socks and a miniskirt to visually elongate leg silhouettes, capturing her capable yet spirited demeanor.

Looking back at that four-character poster—the black-haired, red-eyed character on the top left, the white-haired, yellow-eyed stoic master on the top right, plus the red-and-white energetic girl on the bottom left—creates a fascinating contrast with my casual setup in the bottom right. That quote in the post, "Wait, I have to go out there too?", really hits home, embodying the mindset of an ordinary sidekick facing powerhouse allies. As for the new "Phaethon" armor form, while material and budget limits kept me from donning heavy armor on site, the poster illustration injected immense creative headcanon space, as though that silver-white heavy armor were standing guard right beside me.

For me, the joy of cosplay rarely lies in spending top dollar on 100% perfection, but in weaving outfit, hair, makeup, and environment together to capture a character's emotional essence and everyday warmth. In Zenless Zone Zero, Belle is at heart a girl who loves wearing headphones at her PC and navigating Hollows for a living; capturing her in such casual, almost lazy postures fits her soul's everyday charm far better than forced combat poses. Wearing headphones, staring at the screen, and playing with desktop trinkets—in this moment, a balance is struck between reality and the gaming world. Without flashy VFX or heavy armor, this spontaneous snapshot captures my most comfortable state of mind.
