[Hayase Yuuka cosplay] Blue Archive school style Mirror selfie record

Today I'm sharing a set of Mirror selfie photos of Hayase Yuuka. This outfit is mainly based on three colors: white, black, and blue. The outer jacket features blue diamond-grid patchwork, paired with a light blue shirt inside, and a black pleated short skirt on the lower body. The white belt with the logo on the waist is the finishing touch of the entire outfit. To restore the character's hairstyle, I wore a dark blue Twintails wig and fixed the blue halo prop on top of my head. For shoes, I chose a pair of black chunky-heeled short boots, making the overall coordination very harmonious.

The most important things to pay attention to in a Mirror selfie are lighting and composition. This time, a white cloth curtain was used as the background, and the soft light reflected on the cloth surface could well set off the color and texture of the clothes. During the shoot, I tried two sets of poses: sitting and standing. For the sitting posture, I used a white square stool, crossing my legs and slightly tilting my toes, which can visually elongate the leg lines. For the standing posture, I tried actions such as placing one hand on the outside of the thigh, gently touching the collar with the other hand, and making a V-sign, making the frame look more lively and natural. Mirror selfies can easily look rigid because the phone is held too straight, so appropriately adjusting the angle of the phone and the center of gravity of the body is crucial.

In terms of clothing maintenance, the layers of the wig need to be combed smoothly in advance to avoid frizz, and the height of the Twintails should be as symmetrical as possible so as to maintain the character's energetic feel in front of the lens. The positions of the jacket's zipper and belt buckle were also adjusted several times to ensure the best proportions are displayed in the photos. The pleats of the pleated skirt tend to scatter when sitting down, so I would also deliberately hold down the skirt edge to maintain the three-dimensional feel of the skirt hem.

Throughout the shoot, this style full of school sci-fi tech feel is very expressive under indoor lighting. The color scheme of the clothing is distinct, and the Mirror selfie perspective can also well showcase the details of the outfit and the overall body proportions. I am quite satisfied with the restoration of the clothing details and the cleanliness of the frame this time.
