Genshin Impact Fes Day 1: Lynette surrounded by everyone—first, my apologies for the missing cat ears in the selfies! The foot traffic on-site was truly massive, so to quickly blend in and take selfies more conveniently, I temporarily held off on putting on the ears and snapped a few styling photos in the rest area first. That is why this earless version was captured, and I hope everyone can forgive me thanks to how the makeup turned out.

The atmosphere at the offline Genshin Impact Fes was incredibly lively this time. As a player who loves the Fontaine setting, being able to cosplay my favorite character and connect with so many fellow fans felt amazing. To recreate the character's authentic texture, I put considerable effort into the makeup and styling. The wig was pre-trimmed and styled in pale silver strands; although it looked smooth on camera due to shooting angles, shaping and maintaining it actually took quite some time. I wore purple contact lenses to match the character design and paid special attention to eye makeup details, using reddish eyeshadow and slightly downturned eyeliner to evoke her signature aloof, languid demeanor. The black-and-white lace choker around my neck paired with a spinel pendant was custom-made, adding a rich sense of layering. Together with the white coat and green interior accents, the overall color palette was not only refined but also carried a cool, aloof elegance.

Because I wasn't wearing ears at the time, I relied even more on gaze and expression to convey her aura. When I first strolled around the exhibition booths, many Travelers recognized me and stopped me for photos. Everyone was so enthusiastic, and one friend even specifically pointed out the detailing on my wig. Being surrounded at that moment was genuinely flattering and overwhelming; I deeply felt the vibrant vitality of Genshin Impact as a franchise and everyone's love for the character Lynette. In her lore, she already possesses a mysterious, calm side, and facing the camera directly without ears felt mysterious back then, but looking back now, it actually adds an extra touch of gap moe.

The colossal sets at the Anime convention were fantastic for photos. Even though I didn't pose in all of them, walking around and taking pictures as an attendee was super immersive. Since I wasn't wearing ears, my mindset was actually very relaxed throughout, making my selfie state much more natural. This visit was mainly to soak up the offline atmosphere, chat with fellow fans about cosplay styling tips, and give myself a relaxing weekend. There were tons of exquisitely crafted props and various interactive activities, making it easy to get fully absorbed in the ACG world. After exploring on Day 1, my feet were a bit tired, but my heart was completely fulfilled.

That wraps up this share for now. I hope to see even more authentic and faithful cosplays at future Anime conventions!
