[Atago cosplay] Canine Military Uniform Photoshoot from Azur Lane

The fabric of this white uniform for Atago from Azur Lane was thinner than it appeared, and the form-fitting white military cut placed high demands on body silhouette shaping. To properly structure the bustline contours, adding suitable inner padding was essential—a common technique in cosplay. The golden buttons and the insignia on the left chest offered great texture, catching studio strobes with crisp specular highlights.

The lower-body styling formed the core of this look: the sheer black over-the-knee stockings had wonderful elasticity, and pairing them with Black garter stockings required meticulous micro-adjustments. The bare thigh skin exposed beneath the high-slit skirt contrasted sharply against the structured uniform, delivering strong visual impact. The long, straight raven wig carried substantial weight, and securing the pair of fluffy black canine Animal ears on top proved quite tedious. Makeup incorporated red eyeshadow and eyeliner paired with crimson lenses to elongate the eye shape, capturing her signature allure.

Shooting presented a few physical hurdles: the katana had noticeable heft, particularly during the forward slashing pose where pitching the body forward tested core balance, leaving my arms sore after multiple retakes. Conversely, the standing profile required tight abdominal engagement and hip rotation to carve out bust-to-waist curves and elongated leg lines. A key light placed on the left cast deep shadows across the right, preserving crisp dimension across the white uniform while slightly tucking the chin imparted commanding presence and intensity to the gaze.
