I've held onto these GIRLS BAND CRY (GBC) Awa Subaru cosplay Uniform photos for a while and wanted to finally share them. When I'm not posting, I'm usually engrossed in Perler bead crafts—placing beads one by one is time-consuming yet deeply relaxing, serving as a peaceful creative outlet completely different from cosplay. Coming back to Subaru's look, the pairing is clean and layered: a white shirt, green-and-white striped tie, black tailored blazer, gray pleated plaid skirt, black Over-the-knee socks, and chunky black platform loafers. The straight black wig with blunt bangs was tied on both sides with thin white ribbons, complemented by purple contact lenses and neat, understated eye makeup.

Preparing this Uniform required crisp ironing for the shirt, balancing the tie length, and keeping the blazer silhouette sharp. The shoot was split between daytime and nighttime. By day, dappled sunlight filtered through park foliage onto the crisp white shirt as I posed on benches. At night, we shifted to an industrial steel bridge where the contrast of streetlights brought a moody, urban aesthetic. Sitting on the edge of the metal girder with legs crossed required continuous core strength to maintain elongated lines in Over-the-knee Stockings. A 2D anime cutout mask over the face and a cloud sticker effect on the shins blended 2D and 3D styles, allowing viewers to focus on the styling, silhouette, and chilly city ambiance. Both beading and cosplay demand patient focus, and this set marks a memorable chapter between my crafting and shooting projects.
