[Barbara Cosplay] Healing Girl in a Pure Genshin Impact White Studio

This set of photos shot in the white studio at Chengdu Jingjie Photography Studio is complete, this time attempting a Healing girl character from Genshin Impact. The studio space is very spacious, and the lighting against the pure white background is exceptionally clean with no redundant stray shadows, making it perfect for presenting this fresh and cute look.

I am very satisfied with the details of this styling. The off-the-shoulder design combined with the white ruffled collar accent, plus the bright blue bow on the chest, instantly catches the visual center against the solid background. The signature book hanging from the waist features a black belt, while the deep blue and gold trims on the skirt hem make the overall color coordination very harmonious. As for the wig, the golden twin-tails were layered with a strong sense of hair flow, which, combined with the white fluff and blue accents on the hair accessories, looks visually very full. To stay close to the character's energetic vibe, makeup was chosen to emphasize eye coloration, with blue contact lenses making the gaze even more spirited.

While posing in the studio, I recorded some pose references for everyone to exchange. For instance, postures like placing hands slightly on the hips or holding up the skirt with both hands in the photos nicely showcase the waistline and overall figure, turning sideways to look back highlights back details, while moments of standing on one foot or raising a hand introduce plenty of nimbleness to static frames. The model (Featured: @微笑小香香) grasped the character's demeanor exceptionally well, seamlessly switching between playful/nimble and sweet/quiet expressions with great posing expressiveness.

Regarding the outfit, white patterned tights paired with black chunky-heeled lace-up platform shoes work wonderfully in refining leg lines, which, combined with the short skirt, greatly elongates visual proportions and fully aligns with the character's everyday lightness in this White thigh-highs outfit. White studio photography actually tests skills quite a bit; to maintain translucent skin and the outfit's original off-white texture against a pure white background, we made multiple trials with light fill intensity to ensure no overexposure or dullness. The photographer continuously took candid snapshots during the process, capturing many dynamic moments—for example, the photo smiling with closed eyes has full atmosphere, while close-ups of the levitating book prop keep the frame from being monotonous. The prop book carries real weight in hand, avoiding a flimsy fake feel during posing.

The shooting process went very smoothly, and the environment was truly comfortable; even the floor material was very suitable for flat shots and slightly high-angle perspectives, unlocking many different compositions. The original intention of sharing this was to exchange studio shooting experiences with cosplay enthusiasts and offer the most direct presentation of outfits and scenes. Post-processing mostly did subtractions, focusing on adjusting white balance and accurately restoring colors; from costumes to expressions, I personally consider this set to be a highly accurate entry. It nicely combined this sweet style with the clean purity of White studio photography, hoping to offer practical angles and pose design inspiration for friends preparing to shoot similar themes or try pure white backgrounds.
