This time at the convention, I cosplayed Cheshire from Azur Lane; with the big bow and blue-gray gradient wig, it was indeed very recognizable. The layered design of this dress and the black and purple ruffles have so many details. To restore Cheshire's lightweight feel, I used gold chains as embellishments on the corset and bowtie, making the overall look both gorgeous and slightly cat-like playful. During the shoot, I specially chose an area in the hall with softer lighting, and combined with that metallic-textured green ball prop, I attempted to express Cheshire's innocent yet slightly mysterious temperament. I tried several angles for the sitting and reaching-out postures; the way the skirt hem spreads at the knee position also affects the overall silhouette, so the photographer and I worked together for quite a while to adjust it. The human traffic in the venue was quite large, but after laying down the plush mat, the focus of the frame became more concentrated. The bangs of the wig need to be maintained with a small comb, or they easily collapse. The charm of convention photos lies in capturing the character's dynamic feel within a limited environment. Although it was a temporarily set up scene, the core features of the character could be highlighted well through focal length and composition. Every time I cosplay, I bring some small props to enrich the screen; the Manjuu doll I brought this time was particularly cute. Although they weren't all put into a single shot, it added a lot of fun to the on-site shooting. This makeup used a transition of light pink and blue eyeshadow, combined with a red eyeliner pen embellishment, attempting to restore the agility seen in the game's official illustration. Although it was very tiring to walk around the exhibition hall for most of the day in platform shoes and heavy small skirts, seeing the sense of presence like the character herself in the final photos made all the hard work worth it. I hope these photos allow everyone to feel the charm of Cheshire.
