[Kasugano Sora Cosplay] Yosuga no Sora, Traditional Chinese Classical Charm of White Qipao and Folding Fan

The modified design of this white qipao preserves traditional elements like the mandarin collar and Chinese frogs, but features a cut that fits the body more closely. Combined with the white stockings garter belt and a long straight wig, it beautifully materializes Sora's unique cool yet slightly alluring traits, making it perfect for this white stockings portrait. The shooting location was selected in a Chongqing tea-room style studio, where the wooden grid windows, calligraphy scrolls, and paper lanterns cast beautiful light, creating a rich atmosphere. The black ink-wash folding fan in hand, along with the nearby birdcage and bunny plush toy, were specially prepared small props to keep the frame from looking too plain. The photographer's control of light and angles was highly professional, particularly in handling the natural light and shadow transitions on the white fur rug without excessive skin smoothing, preserving the real texture of the skin. Although the preparation of this Kasugano Sora cosplay from makeup to set styling took most of the day, seeing the final photos made it all feel completely worth it. Being able to wear a Qipao cosplay version of a character from this classic anime, Yosuga no Sora, has fulfilled a small wish of mine. I hope this set of photos beautifully presents Sora's quiet yet slightly distant temperament in this Chongqing photography session.
