To perfectly restore Tanga Ibuki's energy at the Firefly ACG Expo, I put a lot of effort into costume details and prop design this time. To match the character's setting, I specially chose a blue school uniform with a natural texture, and focused on including those highly recognizable yellow rain boots and the drawing tablet. On the set, in order to capture the most natural moments of vitality, I communicated repeatedly with the photographer about angles, adjusted various sitting postures and expressions, striving to restore Ibuki's innocent and motivated state in the lens. The combination of light and shadow makes the folds and material of the clothes look more realistic; especially those tiny accessories, which exist to pursue ultimate restoration. This restoration process from a 2D illustration to a 3D real-life scene is extremely challenging, but the moment I saw the final result, all the hard work vanished. In fact, during the preparation, I was also thinking about how to better express the sunshine and enthusiasm in the character's heart; every transition and micro-adjustment of expression was to better fit the character's soul. This creative process of constantly polishing details is the meaning of my love for cosplay, and it is also the most authentic journey of my heart as a creator. I hope these photos allow players who love Blue Archive to see the most vivid side of Ibuki.
