To faithfully recreate Phoebe's styling for this Game cosplay, substantial dedication went into pre-production preparation. Styling the long, wavy blonde wig alone took several hours; achieving an organic hair flow without excessive bulk, while fine-tuning the curves of the tips, required continuous adjustment. The dress was pure white and packed with elaborate details—the black striping and gold embellishments on the wide-brimmed white hat needed precise alignment. The blue necktie and streaming ribbons served as the visual centerpiece, while black lace accents were incorporated along the neckline and cuffs to build textural depth. Completing the look with long black leather gloves detailed with gold filigree on the back, alongside a black walking cane topped with golden wings, brought the three-dimensional silhouette to life. I also adjusted the makeup, selecting soft pinkish-purple tones paired with blue lenses and keeping the base foundation light and translucent to present glowing skin textures under the warm, amber studio lighting.

The shooting location was an interior rich with vintage decor. The setting included a wooden piano, an easel, an angel statue, a gramophone, and an antique wall clock. The warm ambient glow washing across the wooden furnishings evoked the painterly richness of classic oil art. Sitting on the piano bench and glancing back over my shoulder, the light draped softly across the skirt, making the grey motifs and gold embroidery along the hem crisp and vivid. Posing before the gramophone, I held the cane and touched the hat brim through several stances; the slit in the skirt naturally revealed Long legs in motion or seated, introducing a graceful lightness to the frame. Standing before the easel holding a paintbrush allowed me to capture her quiet, focused contemplative side.

Enduring hours in elaborate garments and heavy wigs is always the most physically demanding aspect of any shoot. While this outfit looked weightless and ethereal, it consisted of multiple layers; navigating the studio in long gloves and knee-high boots steadily drained stamina. Yet reviewing the stunning interplay of light and shadow rendered on the camera display made every ounce of fatigue worthwhile. The photographer possessed a brilliant instinct for candid timing. At the easel, he guided me not to stare into the lens, but to truly observe the canvas and envision composing a maritime harbor scene—that natural, unforced demeanor looked infinitely more alive than a rigid, posed stance. At the piano, to evoke that Vintage style nostalgia, we explored various angles before settling on light striking from the rear-three-quarters, casting the hat brim's shadow softly across my cheek.

As someone who cherishes immersive cosplay, the harmony between the environment and the persona is paramount. Every item in that vintage room—the gramophone, wooden piano, angel statue, and even stray petals caught in the breeze—served as emotional anchors. Seated there, cane in hand, or gently fingering the blue ribbons on the dress, I felt intimately close to the character. Seeing the finished frames—some serene, some playful, and others brimming with cinematic weight—brought profound satisfaction. From the first makeup test to final execution, steadfast passion guided every step, and I am thrilled to have brought this nostalgic, vintage creation to life.
