Facing these eyes that can shake the world, are you really ready to meet the challenge? This time, together with my partner, we restored the red moon duo from Touhou Project—Flandre and Remilia. From the layering of lace in the costumes to the red and white contrast, every detail was designed to restore the gorgeous yet oppressive Gothic style of the Camellia castle. In terms of costume production, we chose satin with a high-end luster and distinctively textured lace. To embody Flandre's 'destruction' attribute, the costume structure was slightly exaggerated, while Remilia's attire leaned more towards the classical Victorian style. This strong visual contrast is not only a manifestation of character personality but also a aesthetic complement for the whole work. On the shooting site, to capture Flandre's somewhat dangerous yet pure aura of 'destruction', we had many discussions about the tension in her eyes, striving to convey that unpredictable sense of oppression before the lens. At the same time, Remilia's elegance and nobility are another important balance point, which needs to be supported by upright standing posture and a detached expression. The intricate details of this costume flow under the stage lights, bringing out a solemn and even slightly austere sense of ritual. Although we are only doing cosplay, through these complex layered skirts, delicate headwear, and carefully designed scenes, we hope to take everyone into that mysterious red moon world. If you were standing in front of us right now, facing these eyes that 'play with power', could you really get away unscathed?
