Having cosplayed quite a few Gensokyo characters before, Flandre Scarlet's innocent mischief paired with the classic red-and-white dress has always felt deeply worth restoring attentively in this Western dress cosplay. The upper garment design utilizes abundant ruffles and puff sleeves, where the beige necktie at the collar serves as a finishing touch, creating a smooth color transition with my blonde wig. The lower skirt features a multi-tiered ruffled structure—red silk on the outer layer and white tulle with red edging inside—which spreads out with exceptional layered depth in sitting or kneeling poses.
