This Wilhelmina cosplay I did at the convention underwent repeated adjustments from the wig to the costume details. Especially for the blue lace on the shoulders and the silver armor, a long white cloak was paired to recreate that cool, aloof, yet dynamic feel. The lighting at the venue was actually quite chaotic, but the photographer captured the moment perfectly—the hair completely flew up during the sword swing, maxing out the dynamic tension.

Since the character itself is a combat type, I deliberately chose a stance with a shifted center of gravity for the poses, letting the sword and the line of sight form intersecting lines, giving the frame a stronger sense of storytelling. The prop sword is a customized lightweight version, so swinging it wasn't too strenuous, but my hand still got sore after holding it for a long time. The boots chosen were made of patent leather, and their reflective effect turned out very photogenic under the exhibition hall's overhead lights. Although standing in high heels all day was indeed exhausting, it was completely worth it for the character's aura.

This look got quite a lot of second glances at the con. Many fellow fans recognized it as a character from Brown Dust 2, and we even exchanged some thoughts on the game. After receiving the Convention photos, I looked through them several times and felt quite satisfied with the drape of the cloak and the layers of the wig, making it one of my more dedicated attempts at Anime cosplay recently. If I ever wear this Swordsman outfit again in the future, I might try switching to a studio shoot with a proper backdrop to build up a more immersive scene atmosphere.
