This costume of Moriya Suwako genuinely has a great number of details, from the ruffled hat to the golden ring at the neckline, then to the purplish-red lace at the cuffs and the fluff balls at the waist; a lot of thought went into every single spot. The wig is that bright golden yellow, styled into two small braids tied with red strings, and I'm very satisfied with its accuracy to the original setting. This convention photo is all thanks to the photographer @Nicolas-Dousha. The lighting at the venue was quite complex, but the results straight from the camera are already excellent, successfully capturing the skin texture and the layers of the costume. I especially love the feeling of using a lotus leaf as a prop; it brings a touch of summer cooling while fitting perfectly with that natural aura of a 'native god.' Actually, the convention venue was heavily crowded, so it wasn't easy to shoot such clean frames, and the photographer was highly professional in adjusting angles and lighting. Moving around in this outfit was a bit restricted, particularly with the layers of the skirt hem and the large lotus leaves, but to present the best effect, I tried various postures including standing, sitting, and squatting. Personally, I feel the third close-up and the fourth half-body composition holding the lotus leaf turned out the best. The happiest part of doing cosplay is being able to bring beloved characters into reality. This experience was incredibly pleasant, and my gratitude goes out to the friends on-site who helped lift the skirt hem and carry things.
