This Arknights Jie cosplay shoot focused on merging oriental scholarly elegance with fantasy elements. The outer robe features wide contrasting sleeves in teal and orange-red; the fabric is far crisper than expected, allowing the interplay of light and shadow to create a translucent glow across the folds. Underneath, a ruffled white blouse with a high collar is layered with translucent orange-pink gauze inscribed with white sigils, adding immense depth. The white horn accessories on the head carry considerable weight, demanding precise angles and anchoring to prevent slipping. For makeup, warm reddish-orange eyeshadow paired with crimson pupils matches the character's serene, enigmatic nature. The black rune pendants on the sash are delicate highlights; during the shoot, their drape had to be watched closely so they wouldn't clash with the folds of the greyish-white skirt.

The most striking aspects of this styling are the scholarly props. The bamboo slips, calligraphy brushes, and unfurled scrolls carried excellent tactile quality, inviting natural interaction during poses—such as holding the brush tip lightly between the lips in thought, or glancing back while clasping a scroll. The moon gate lightbox and dry ice fog on the floor established an evocative mood, where Chinese lattice wood windows, blue-and-white porcelain vases, and pink peony blossoms set the tone of a tranquil, secluded study. The most enjoyable part was capturing the flowing beige sash; coordinating wind speed with the photographer and assistant was essential to freeze the ribbon as it billowed naturally midair. The long skirt, while ethereal, was prone to brushing the floor. The overall aesthetic leans towards a cool, fairy-like grace rather than deliberate allure, aiming to restore the character's Wei-Jin scholarly spirit in Farewell Voyage through classic seated and hand-held poses. The shoot went smoothly, especially the floor-seated shot where boots and skirt hems balanced perfectly. The gradient tones and red-black accents felt richly textured under warm lighting. All in all, it was a truly immersive character experience.
