Perching lightly on the edge with my legs crossed and angled, this pose took full advantage of the camera's focal length to elongate bodily proportions. Holding an aggressive yet poised silhouette on a narrow ladder was no easy feat; core muscles had to remain tightly braced, as any momentary lapse would immediately appear slouched on camera. Crossing my legs allowed the geometric linework along the skin-tone Stockings to interact cleanly with ambient rim light, which, paired with black platform block-heel sandals, visually elongated the calves—all refined through continuous feedback with the photographer.

Preparing the garments presented its own set of hurdles. Beyond facial discipline, managing hand and limb placement was vital—hands had to appear relaxed and nonchalant rather than white-knuckling the garments or the ladder rails.
