[Morgan cosplay] Still Grinding for Fate/Grand Order in 2026 - Image 1

Speaking of still grinding for Fate/Grand Order in 2026, that's probably me in the photo. My friends kept nagging me to open a Xiaohongshu account, and after much thought, I finally decided to start sharing my cosplay life records.

This photo is a preview of Morgan cosplay. I've always had a special affection for Morgan, so even in 2026, I couldn't suppress the urge to cosplay her. White hair, blue eyes, plus gorgeous and elegant attire—this character's art design hits my preferences far too hard in this White hair cosplay set.

Before this shoot, the photographer and I put a lot of effort into discussing composition and presented atmosphere. Since this outfit is mainly white and gold, featuring plenty of glossy silk textures and stiff pleat designs alongside richly layered thin straps and stitching, shooting a suitable frame while lying flat was a real test of on-site lighting and fabric styling.

Lying on pure white bedsheets, the shooting process was actually not easy. My body had to maintain a specific tilt angle, raising one hand naturally while preventing the clothes from overlapping messily. The photographer shot top-down directly from above—a perspective that severely tested our tacit cooperation, as moving even slightly would shift the composition. Fortunately, advance communication was spot on, and the final face expressions and body extension reached expectations.

As for makeup, I must praise my makeup artist! To fit Morgan's cool and noble queen aura, the eye makeup emphasized deep eye contours, nicely echoing light blue contact lenses. Regarding hair accessories, besides processing the White hair cosplay wig and bangs to look fluffy and natural, white flowers on the side and red tassel details were crafted exquisitely, forming a striking color contrast with the orange-red bow tie on her chest.

The post-processing editor was also amazing with color grading. The entire photo presents a very clean, bright, cool white light texture, which, combined with layered white fabrics in the background, instantly opened up the frame's depth. This high-key cool color palette matches Morgan's distant aura perfectly without losing the translucency of real skin.

Honestly, I hadn't thought about sharing much on social platforms before, but seeing my friends consistently posting their works and recording different versions of themselves really touched me. Over these years of playing cosplay, I've poured my heart into every character.

Even in 2026, when many people might feel this game or character is somewhat dated, in my heart, restoring a character I love is still a deeply fulfilling achievement. This isn't the final refined version—it might just be a preview—but seeing the languor and elegance captured while lying on the bed that day made me so happy, so I decided to post this one first to share my daily grinding routine.

Although the costume was heavy and I was stuck lying there unable to move, the shoot was filled with joy. The photographer kept making me laugh, adjusting my hand postures to make the frame as natural and unforced as possible. A great work truly cannot be completed by one person alone; hair and makeup, photography, post-processing, and my attitude toward the character are all indispensable. I'm deeply grateful to every friend on the team for achieving a final photo that makes hearts flutter at a glance.

I've always felt FGO cosplay isn't just about trying on clothes, but emotional investment. Standing before the camera, you must experience the character's state. Though talkative in real life, when wearing this attire and looking at myself in the mirror, it's easy to embody those quiet, steady, slightly distant eyes. It's precisely because of this that this Morgan cosplay brought me such a satisfying photo.

I will continue posting different attempts here in the future. This release is both a beginning and a retrospective on classic past characters—I hope you like this feel. That clean, bright demeanor in the photo is precisely the moment I wanted to freeze in time.
