For this Remielle cosplay look from Zenless Zone Zero, I chose a vibrant pink wig as the visual core, highlighting the appeal of pink short hair. To create a naturally fluffy yet layered effect, the stylist specifically adjusted the density during cutting so the side strands neatly frame the facial contour, with subtly upturned bangs that make the overall short hairstyle look remarkably crisp. The oversized black-and-red bow headpiece was crafted from structured satin; to ensure it stayed upright without collapsing, a concealed internal bracket was added, making it stand out prominently without feeling heavy on the head. The pointed elf ear props on both sides were also indispensable highlights of the styling, making the 2D anime silhouette more distinct and dimensional.

In terms of costume, this outfit seamlessly blends dark techwear style with gothic elements. The glossy dark-blue spliced leather top, combined with black leather harness straps and silver metallic buckles, reflected exquisitely delicate highlights under the studio lighting. The structured white pointed collar at the neckline paired with black cross-shaped spiked pendants along the hem maximized the character's sharp edge in every detail. To give the black translucent sheer mesh sleeves on the arms a balanced effect of lightness and mystery, we tailored the cuff cut beforehand so it wouldn't restrict movement while creating graceful folds whenever I raised my arms.

For the makeup design, I selected red contact lenses to brighten my gaze, paired with sharply elongated outer eyeliner and warm-toned blush to make my expression look spirited and penetrating before the camera. The lips were coated with a lustrous bright lip glaze, balancing out the visual weight of the dark garments. To echo the individuality of the overall look, I intentionally grew out and painted my nails black, ensuring the sharpness at my fingertips aligned seamlessly with the garment details when making various hand gestures.

On the day of the shoot, we set up against a clean, solid off-white backdrop where soft studio light illuminated the pink short hair and glossy leather coat, rendering a clean and sophisticated tonal grade. In the photos, I tried two different poses: in Photo 1, gently resting a hand near my cheek simulated a tsundere yet casual demeanor, aiming to capture her playful mindset of claiming she's "not a bad woman"; while in Photo 2, pointing forward with an index finger established a stronger interactive tension with the camera, directing visual focus straight onto the outfit and facial intensity.

Actually, during a casual cosplay photoshoot involving leather and metal accessories, wearability requires extra vigilance. To ensure the chest harness straps remained neat and flat, my friend and I repeatedly adjusted the metal buckles before stepping in front of the lens. Although the semi-sheer black mesh sleeves look stunning, mindful angle control was necessary during movements to prevent them from blending into darker backdrop elements. The red contact lenses paired with coordinated lip tones maintained a clear, spirited presence at all times without being overpowered by the bold headwear. This entire ensemble embodies a temperament dancing between playfulness and sharpness; without forced posing, simply immersing myself in this ambiance allowed the shutter to capture the most natural results—a feeling that brings immense creative fulfillment as a cosplayer.
