The official Remielle photo set is finally here! A great deal of thought went into the finer details of this outfit, especially the corset structure on top. To remain faithful to the original character design, the positions of the straps and metal buckles were readjusted multiple times. The drape of the detached sleeves was also crucial; we added boning strips inside the lining to prevent them from drooping limply against my arms when posing. The wings on my back look stunning, but they carry noticeable weight. To ensure they stood erect against the night backdrop, the internal skeleton was specially reinforced, requiring two people working together to anchor them securely.

The shoot took place on a rooftop at night where the wind blew quite fiercely. Photographer @Longxiang nightfall constantly captured candid moments of the feathers fluttering in the breeze which, combined with the post-production feather VFX, created a dramatic, tempestuous vibe. To complement Remielle's aloof aura, I opted for pinkish colored contacts that, along with the retouched elf ears, projected a delicate, non-human vulnerability under harsh lighting. The makeup emphasized under-eye blush to craft a look that was both flushed and icy. The prop swords were made from clear acrylic, producing ice-crystal-like refractions under night fill lights; controlling the exact angle when swinging the swords was essential to let the light pierce through the blades for a sharper, crisper edge.

The crouching and wall-leaning shots you see really put core strength to the test. Especially in the single-leg half-kneel pose, keeping the body's center of gravity shifted backward was necessary to achieve an elegant curve with the dress hem and the edges of the White stockings—my legs felt completely numb afterward. The combination of White stockings and short booties was another major highlight; the stocking band indentation was subtly fine-tuned to hug the leg lines more naturally, and anti-slip silicone lining kept the folds looking organic as I moved around. Shooting at night is physically taxing with mosquitoes everywhere on the rooftop, so we laid down a massive waterproof tarp to keep the white dress hem and stockings spotless. When dual-wielding swords, wrist tension had to remain rock-steady while keeping an intense, piercing gaze—though in my head I was already obsessing over what late-night supper to get.

Let's touch on the wig: short pink hair easily looks parched and frizzy under night flashlights, so I layered and trimmed it beforehand, applying plenty of hair oil and setting spray to preserve natural strand separation even in the wind. The blue gossamer swallowtail fabric trailing from the back was featherlight and floated with the breeze, perfectly counterbalancing the heavy presence of the massive wings. The photographer had a brilliant eye for candid shots, capturing many moments while I was transitioning between poses or glancing back, lending an effortless, spontaneous feel that I adore. Though this character appears ethereal and celestial, her sword-wielding presence is battle-ready, and that striking contrast was exactly what I wanted to convey on camera. Whether standing or crouching, keeping my core and spine straight was vital to support the cut of the garment. While standing still in pointed stilettos was fine, moving across the rooftop demanded extreme caution to avoid tripping or stepping on the dress train, placing significant strain on the ankles during squats and wall poses. From fitting to makeup trials and on-location shooting, every single step was refined continuously to present the most immaculate Remielle to everyone.
