Having just finished Remielle's storyline, I have a more multi-dimensional understanding of her. Although my character and weapon gacha pulls in the game were absurdly off, the moment I put on this outfit, all those worries were left behind.

Today's preparation was actually more complicated than imagined. First is this short pink hair; the wig went through several rounds of trimming and bang adjustments to achieve this light and fluffy feeling. The silver star hair accessories and blue bow on top of the head instantly capture visual focus. Paired with this specially made Elf ear style, my whole aura instantly separated from everyday life upon wearing them.

There are also many details in the costume design. The white off-the-shoulder corset strap design not only features metal buckle embellishments but also cleverly elongates the shoulder and neck lines through its tailoring. This winged set piece is the highlight this time. To recreate the character's lightweight texture, the surface of the wings uses a composite fabric with a pearlescent coating, supported by an inner layer. When both arms are spread, the entire pair of giant wings can open up like real feathers. Paired with the lightweight white pleated mini skirt and a White thigh-highs outfit, it visually creates that divine sense unique to non-human characters instantly.

In matching the whole outfit, the combination of white stockings and white high heels directly elongates the visual proportions. To prevent the large areas of white from looking monotonous, the designer specifically added ruffles and metal eyelets on the skirt hem and the sides of the waist. After putting on this outfit, I repeatedly moved around in front of the mirror, especially checking if the wings would block my arm movements when spread out. The elastic bands at the joints were also fine-tuned to ensure natural and smooth movements when lifting my arms.

The shooting location was set in a relatively dark garage environment, and we specifically found an area with yellow and black warning lines to serve as the floor texture. Using high-power cool-toned lighting directly from the upper side, this high-brightness, strong-contrast lighting really tests the texture of the base makeup. Fortunately, the makeup sat very well this time, with the eye makeup emphasizing long eyelashes and purplish-pink color contacts, naturally showing off the character's playfulness during a closed-eye wink. Because the costume itself is largely pure white, under the bright highlights, it perfectly accentuated the blue-purple gradient on the edges of the wings.

During the shoot, we tried several different posing styles. For example, the sweet style in the first picture with one hand gently touching the cheek and winking, or the agile moment in the third picture slightly looking back with fingers gently touching the chin. The photographer kept guiding me to capture that "effortless" natural feeling. It just so happened that the star and bow decorations on these clothes could produce sparkling light spots swaying with the body when doing dynamic poses, adding very vivid layers to the close-up shots.

Actually, every time I shoot this kind of photo set with large props, I need to adapt to the center of gravity in advance. This set of wings, plus the internal brackets, has a certain weight, but after adjusting the angle, it actually became a good tool for supporting my arms while posing. Although the character's fate in the storyline gives a sense of powerlessness, and even the gacha pulls are frustrating, throwing oneself into the character's appearance to feel her, and giving her a new soulful interpretation through photos—this is probably the most fascinating part of cosplay.

Looking back at the negatives, this bright yet slightly cool-toned lighting perfectly matches the character's setting. The delicate reflection of the White thigh-highs outfit, the highlights of the metal stars, and the color changes of the pearlescent fabric on the wings from different angles all convey that exquisite and ethereal visual impact. Having done enough homework in the early stages, post-production required almost only fine-tuning, and the whole process was enjoying the fun of collaborating with my partner to produce the photo set. Looking back at this day's Cosplay photography shoot, it wasn't just completing a set of works, but more like a small test of my patience and stamina. Although my gacha luck was poor, being able to recreate the character's spiritual outlook in reality brings a materialized joy that game data cannot replace.
