Picking up this red apple, I instantly immersed myself in the atmosphere of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. This shoot utilized a black leather high-back chair paired with dark red ambient light, creating a strong color contrast with Remilia's iconic light pinkish-blue hair, visually combining cool elegance with the sweetness of a Gothic style girl. The makeup focused on strengthening the outline of the eyeliner and the sharpness of the red eyes, striving to recreate the character's haughty yet childish demeanor. The layers of ruffles on the skirt hem, the bow on the chest, along with the iconic small wings and red shoes, maximized the fidelity and texture of the costume.

During the shoot, the red apple was used as an interactive prop, which, alongside the chess set and plush toys on the table, enhanced the overall narrative depth of the frame. The lighting was intentionally set to a hard side-backlight to clearly outline the layers of the wig and the lace details at the edge of the skirt hem. The character of Remilia requires showcasing both the majesty of ruling a clan and revealing a childish playfulness; capturing this personality contrast through the lens was a core expression of this shoot. Although the home of the Vampire girl seems cold and detached, the switching between close-ups and full-body shots still beautifully conveys the subtle clever details hidden within the makeup, styling, and props for this Touhou Project creation.
